Ball Release For Impact Resistance Test Apparatus Of Tiles-(By Measurement Of Coefficient Of Restitute)

Model No.: SET-1811

Standards:

We are leading Ball Release For Impact Resistance Test Apparatus Of Tiles manufacturers and suppliers and exporters in Delhi, India. The machine test follows a set of Compliance Standards: EN ISO 10545‑5, IS 13630 (Part‑14) to ensure the smooth working of the machine. The purpose of the test is recommended for ensuring the tiling performance in impact resistance prone areas. To measure the normal low-stress-levels of use, a coefficient of restitution with a value of 0.55 is considered fine. The higher values are needed in case of the requirement of greater stress levels.

The Compliance is fulfilled with the following International Standards:
EN ISO 10545‑5, IS 13630 (Part‑14)

Application of Ball Release For Impact Resistance Test Apparatus Of Tiles:

The impact resistance test apparatus for tiling is recommended to ensure the performance of titles especially in impact resistance areas. The coefficient of restitution value 90.55) is chosen to be adequate for normal low-stress levels whereas the higher values are considered for higher-stress levels.

Construction Details:

Testing apparatus includes the following parts and accessories; A chrome plated steel ball with a diameter of (19 ± 0.05) mm

It is a device equipped with an electromagnet, and a guide tube to ensure the dropping steel ball falls on the center of the test sample, placed on a rigid support.
An electronic device measuring the time gap between the first and the second impact. The ball falls on the surface of the test sample and if it falls on the center of the surface then the test is successful with the measured value for normal low-stress levels 0.55 and higher for higher-stress levels.
There is an arrangement to keep the test unit by adjusting the test specimen of size 75 mm x 75 mm on a concrete block.

Process of testing: The horizon positioning of the sample is settled. The instrument is with the surface under the electromagnet with the motive of hitting in the center when the ball is released from a height of 1 meter. The instrument height of the rebound is measured, or, vice versa, the gap between two successive rebounds. Any issues between the 1 meter height will be written, but may be rejected during the classification of tiles. The calculation of the coefficient of restitution is done on the basis of different formulas depending on the selected type of measurement. (time or height). The measurement can be done on the basis of height or distance.

We provide the following certifications along with the equipment for tiling testing:
Ball Diameter calibration complying with IEC/ISO 17025 standard
Falling Height Calibration complying with IEC/ISO 17025 standard
